Online sessions are held online through zoom for the duration of 60mins. Your reading includes a combination of energy work and energy healing. Sessions are trauma informed and held in a private setting. If desired, your reading can be recorded and a follow up through email is provided.
My Energy Work Explained . . . ​​​​
Energy work is carried out through various ways and methods;
and so I will speak to the four that I offer here within this service.
Energy Work
​
Where the client is gently guided by the practitioner in a conscious manner to shift, direct and align their energy into a more harmonic state. Both the client and the practitioner work cohesively through this shared awareness, tracking the language and movement of the energy.
​​​Energy Reading
​
Where the practitioner uses their psychic sense to connect with the individual and deliver relevant information gathered to guide the client into their highest alignment while honouring them and their capacity. The practitioner reads from a multidimensional lens, seeing through the realm of potential and practices deep listening on all levels.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​​

In person sessions include ceremony & ritual, plant spirit journeying, energy work, healing & embodiment practice. They are held with Kaleena in the sanctuary space of In The Heart of She. *Location & Address given when requested.
Energy Healing

Where the client simply rests into a meditative state to receive the energy healing that is offered through the presence of the practitioner and container. The practitioner uses their intuition to connect & channel divine source energy while working alongside spirit guides & guardians.​​​​
Energy Running ​
​
Where the practitioner incorporates the use of various frequencies through drawing upon divine technologies such as sacred geometry that supports the orchestration of recalibration, activation and integration occurring for the individual during a reading. This will at times include the use of plant spirit medicine.

What it means when I say that my sessions are
trauma informed.

When working with others I honour and respect peoples capacity and limitation. I also respect and never work beyond my own. I acknowledge the human experience through the nature of this work and understand on a basic level how trauma exists and expresses through both the body and peoples behaviours. I have a toolkit & certification for resources, strategies and methods that support people through unique situations when they may be feeling exposed and or vulnerable; though my work is a complimentary therapy and does not replace that of traditional intervention where it may be appropriate and or needed.
After care is essential once you have had any kind of energy work done. Information for preparation regarding this is delivered to you before your booking and a follow up is offered through email after your session. Working between all four of these simultaneously through each session enables me to hold an informative, insightful and balanced environment for the client. Each session will look different for each individual and will always shape to what is most serving for that individual in a clear, nurturing and supportive way.
